The notion of Thanksgiving is full of promises: break from school to visit family and friends, hearty home cooking that beats our everyday fast food, and an appealing four days off of work. Although most people surely approach this ideal, a substantial number of people experience the national day of thanks as an ordeal of undesirable proportions.
With the warmth of the Holidays around the corner, the Brothers of Lambda Theta Phi, Alpha Iota Chapter at California State University, Long Beach will like to announce our 16th Annual Thanksgiving Outreach. We, the gentlemen of our fraternity have always been committed to bettering our community. Lambda Theta Phi, Latin Fraternity Inc. was established in New Jersey. Nationally we have a 93% graduation rate, proving our commitment to education and the development of future leaders. Our primary focus is to help those in need succeed. In the spirit of community service, we are looking forward to providing meals to families in need this thanksgiving.
